TO UNIT PRESIDENT AND/OR GIRLS STATE CHAlRMAN
For the 2025 session of American Legion Kentucky Girls State (ALA KGS), revised forms are being used to facilitate greater availability to our Units and to the Schools who are being represented. All forms are also available from the Department Website at: www.alaky.org.
Since the forms are being made available via the internet, IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT THE REGISTRATION FORMS BE PROPERLY SIGNED BY A SCHOOL REPRESENTATIVE AND THE UNIT PRESIDENT OR GIRLS STATE CHAIRMAN. At the time the registration form is submitted, the media release and social networking policy must also be provided. A background form is provided, but not required.
Please note that the registration form should be used for both delegates and alternates, with appropriate information checked. Finally, each Unit is the judge of their participants and the Unit Chairman is responsible for providing the Delegate Letter to each participant.
